1st Line Support Technician
Your responsibilities will be highly varied, ranging from day-to-day administration, user support / management, software installation, configuration, to information gathering and reporting / creating documentation. You will also help support our wide range of users of varying IT abilities on an increasing number of technologies.
Full training on all products will be given.
The required skills and experience for this role are:
Responsibilities:
Experience working within a Helpdesk / Service Desk environment.
Azure Active Directory and Intune
SharePoint and OneDrive for Business
PowerShell
Essential:
Microsoft 365 management and support
Excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to put people at ease.
Excellent administration skills
Extremely customer focused.
Very organised
Very approachable, professional, and welcoming
