Job Title: IT Support Technician
Salary: Up to £36k
Location: Wymondham
My client is looking for a competent IT Support technician to join their team, they are a lovely company and looking for someone who is keen to build a long-term role with their company. You will be supported and there will be lots of progression within this role.
Duties include:
* Provide IT support to all users where required.
* Provide 2nd line support when escalated from first line
* Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks
* Supporting PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016)
* Installing business computer systems
* Office 365 maintenance, installation and migration
* Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016
* Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
* Managing WHM web servers and DNS
* Administration of IP Phone systems (via web-based interface)
* Supporting customer applications.
