Job Description: Sr. Engineer for Camera Automotive Team
Requirements: • Must have 3-4 years of S/W development experience. • Excellent C and C++ Programming Skills.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
The engineer is expected to work on Safety Software Development for automotive camera's. Specifically, performance and power management team of camera sw stack.
Engineer is expected to
Systematically measure performance and power consumption under various usecases. Identify performance bottle necks, drive / suggest / perform required code/design changes to minimize bottlenecks.
Analyze customer needs, (feasibility and required changes), work with WW team and drive the required changes.
Periodically provide performance report to customers, leads & other stakeholders.
