Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the technology environment and participate in technology selection.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Collaborate with the IT team to meet and exceed compliance requirements for cloud system security.
- Contribute best practices and guidelines for supported technologies including Data Residency Governance.
- Design and implement an orchestrated automation framework for provisioning, deploying, and managing Global Azure / physical infrastructure.
- Lead technical teams to design customer-facing enterprise-class applications that deliver robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
- Manage and delegate tasks to operations teams. Mentor and guide operations team members to arrive at complex solutions.
- Manage and monitor servers, storage, network, and security components of system landscapes.
- Enable the product and infrastructure engineering teams to build our world-class cloud platform while protecting internal and customer data.
- Perform multi-disciplinary research on complex systems including networks, systems, servers, endpoints, and hardware/software.
- Create and maintain scalable architecture designs that will be leveraged across multiple platforms and solve shared needs across business requirements and tools.
- Provide Data and API technical architecture design, documentation, standardization, and prototyping for high-demand and high-visibility proprietary platforms.
- Work with program group leads on their IT needs (Applications Development, IoT, Digital Twin Engineering) analyzing, extracting, normalizing, and labeling relevant data.
- Collaborate with our professional services engineers to operationalize customer models after they are prototyped.
- Supporting production and non-production environments with technical assistance.
- Multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
- Communicate verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
- Recommend and design the project framework including system, technical, and security architecture.
- Applying knowledge and maturity, effectively resolving technical issues, and supporting the broader team
- Re-architect legacy applications (Microsoft stack) to make them scalable, and satisfactory for end-users using Service Oriented Architecture.
